  • Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • You will receive instructions and a return authorization number.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value, subject to stock availability.
  • If the replacement item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
