1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or activated software/digital content bundled with devices cannot be refunded once accessed.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible.
  • Clearance or final-sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at returns@infoclockcraft.global with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Inspection & Approval

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If rejected, we will notify you with the reason (e.g., product not in returnable condition).

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement or exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Warranty Coverage
